- 抄録 大動脈弓部全置換における末梢側吻合の新しいテクニックについて報告した。通常弓部置換術は低体温で特に末梢大動脈吻合は深く、循環停止時間は1時間を超える。今回3点支持の連続縫合法を用いて30分程度の短時間での吻合テクニックを紹介した。
